Washing UP | LDN EC2 - An abandoned multi-storey car park on Great Eastern Street takes flight, lifted skyward by a riot of balloons echoing the colour of its graffiti walls.
Look closer and not everyone is happy to see it go. Especially the resident car wash - and a young boy trying desperately to hold on. Clearly his dog doesn't want this piece of East London to disappear.
